Netflix’s upcoming Wednesday is a product of Tim Burton, which already makes the thing really special. Added to that Christina Ricci was added to the cast along side Jenna Ortega who plays Wednesday Addams in the series. It appears that today Ricci wrapped production on the series and that means we are getting closer to a finished product.
Ricci’s role in the series hasn’t yet been fully revealed. It has been said that her role is a substantial one though. So, it’s not going to be some cheap cameo by any means. How great would it be if Ricci is Ortega’s future self? I mean, either its going to be that or Ricci needs to play he villain. Give us something good, Tim Burton.
The Addams Family spin-off stars Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzman in the roles of Morticia and Gomez! It’s will be great to see that combo alone! We are hoping that this spin-off eventually leads us back to a full on Addams Family movie with this cast. Fingers crossed.

Wednesday’s attempts to master her emerging psychic ability, thwart a monstrous killing spree that has terrorized the local town, and solve the supernatural mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago — all while navigating her new and very tangled relationships at Nevermore.
