“The final scene has to be seen to be believed.” Now playing in theaters! Neon has debuted one final trailer dubbed the “Holy Hell” trailer for the nun horror movie Immaculate, made by filmmaker Michael Mohan. The religious horror stars (and is produced by) Sydney Sweeney as an American nun (first trailer here). Cecilia, a woman of devout faith, is welcomed to the picture-perfect Italian countryside where she is offered a new role at an illustrious convent. But it becomes clearer to Cecilia that her new home harbors dark and horrifying secrets. The cast also includes Álvaro Morte, Benedetta Porcaroli, Dora Romano, Giorgio Colangeli, and Simona Tabasco. It was filmed mostly in and around Rome, Italy last year. “How can we trust what’s inside you?” The horror movie just opened this weekend and this trailer (and the poster) are full of quotes from critics talking about the finale and that’s it. Not even any footage! Go see this in theaters.
