Jenelle Evans is opening up about THAT 911 call.
Earlier this week, multiple outlets uncovered a police report from months ago of Jenelle’s manager August Keen placing a phone call to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department… Because Jenelle was apparently “hitting [him] all night”! In the phone call, the manager, who according to him is now Jenelle’s boyfriend, too, told cops:
“So, my girlfriend got super-drunk tonight, and she’s been hitting me all night. I’d like to be, just, protected to make sure that I grab my stuff. I just want to get out of the house safe. She keeps following me. She came running after me.”
He accused her of taking pills, smoking weed, and consuming “a lot” of alcohol, but when police arrived they found “no signs of injury,” and no arrests were made.

Later in the week, August took to Instagram to deny any domestic violence situation ever occurred between he and Jenelle. He wrote in Story post:
“No I was not hit, I have a zero tolerance for violence and would not stick around any DV situations. No she is not on drugs (everyone knows I dislike weed, unless it’s for medicinal purposes) and that’s what I was referring to. We had a good time at a friend’s event, end of night we jumped in an Uber, had a disagreement on the way to her house. I wanted to be escorted out with some of my stuff. I don’t like alcohol because in heated moments, things can escalate. My intention were to never get any of us in trouble. On the contrary, I highly respect and love her very much.”
He deleted the Story post shortly after. But turns out that wasn’t all he had to say…
On Friday, the talent manager spoke to Us Weekly about the 911 call debacle, assuring fans he and Jenelle have since “moved past” whatever exactly did go down. He wrote in statement to the outlet:
“This happened some time ago. Me and Jenelle have moved past this and are in a really good place right now. There’s so much to look forward to, and we’re just focused on the future and family. We have some exciting things coming up and can’t wait to share.”
Inneresting stuff… Especially considering we haven’t even heard any sort of relationship confirmation on Jenelle’s end — yet he’s talking about their “future and family”! But on the same day, Jenelle broke HER silence about the whole situation.
In a statement to Celebuzz, the Teen Mom star wrote:
“Me and August have been best friends for so many years. We have argued less then [sic] 5 times within 7-8 years. Our bond is so much stronger then [sic] one bad night. That night is far behind us and we’re just focused on future possibilities.”
Strategic play here… While for the most part echoing what August had to say, she didn’t confirm or deny anything about their possible romantic relationship.
