“Old friend of mine used to say: ‘get fast, get gone.’ Means never linger on a job…” Well Go USA debuted the full trailer for an intense action movie called Get Fast, arriving on VOD in November to watch. This one is skipping theaters and this trailer will show you exactly why – not much to see. This “high-octane” action thriller is directed by James Clayton, who also co-stars in it. After a heist goes wrong, a thief and a troubled orphan must rescue his kidnapped partner from a ruthless drug lord and her charming hitman. With guns, cars, and explosions, their escape is a high-stakes race against time. But does it have anything to enjoy that we haven’t seen before in countless other action movies? Get Fast stars Lou Diamond Phillips, Bradley Stryker, James Clayton, Alisha-Marie Ahamed, Fei Ren, and Lee Majdoub. This looks pretty bad, especially when you notice how fake everything looks, the from guns to all the action to the sets. Have fun…
Here’s the official trailer (+ poster) for James Clayton’s action film Get Fast, direct from YouTube:
“No one outruns revenge.” When his partner in crime is kidnapped after pulling off a massive money heist, a notorious professional thief tracks the abductors into the territory of a merciless drug lord, pursued by dirty cops, low-level cronies, and the crime syndicate’s deadliest hitman, a gun-loving & coldly charming sociopath known as The Cowboy (Lou Diamond Phillips). But with millions of dollars and multiple lives at stake, how long will loyalty amongst thieves actually last when the bullets start flying? Get Fast is directed by the actor / producer / filmmaker James Clayton, making his second feature film after directing Bullet Proof previously. The screenplay is written by Cooper Bibaud and James Clayton, from a story by Cooper Bibaud, James Clayton, and Danny Mac. Produced by Jonnie Broi, James Clayton, Marc Petey. Well Go USA will debut Clayton’s Get Fast direct-to-VOD starting November 15th, 2024 this fall. Who wants to watch?
