WWE has recently incorporated Sami Zayn into the ongoing Bloodline war between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. A few weeks ago on WWE RAW, Zayn entered the storyline. He questioned Jey Uso’s desire to reconcile with Roman Reigns, citing their complicated past.
Jey Uso dismissed Sami Zayn, insisting he would not understand since he is not family. During the same show, Jimmy Uso saw Zayn talking to Solo Sikoa. Both Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso looked disappointed to see Zayn with Sikoa.
At WWE Crown Jewel 2024, Sami Zayn finally came to the aid of the original Bloodline members — the Uso brothers and Roman Reigns. However, an unexpected situation unfolded when Solo Sikoa found himself cornered by all four. Reigns prepared to deliver a Superman Punch to Sikoa while Zayn aimed for a Helluva Kick simultaneously. Unfortunately, Sikoa dodged, resulting in Zayn accidentally hitting Reigns.
Subsequently, Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns now find themselves at odds with Zayn. The reunion of the original Bloodline looms on the horizon. Despite this tension, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi has voiced his support for Zayn, emphasizing that he fits perfectly into the faction and that the reunion would not be complete without the honorary Uce.
Rikishi on Sami Zayn in The Bloodline: ‘One piece that’s missing’
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi recently discussed Sami Zayn’s role in The Bloodline on his podcast, Rikishi Fatu Off the Top. He expressed that Zayn fits perfectly within the faction, mentioning that the original members cannot be replaced.
He stated, “I think Sami Zayn fits exactly into the Bloodline. You can never replace the originals. So if we go back a few years or so, we talk about the original Bloodline. So there’s that one piece that’s missing now…The fans want to see Sami there.”
In the recent edition of RAW, Jey Uso invited Sami Zayn to WWE SmackDown for a family discussion with Roman Reigns and other members. Fans are now invested in this storyline and eagerly await the moment when the original members reunite.
