Netflix has released the teaser trailer for the fifth and final season of the popular Sci-Fi show, Stranger Things. The final season is set to air sometime in 2025. Season 1 of Stranger Things aired in July of 2016. Fans have been engrossed in the show from the beginning.
As the show prepares to air the final season, fans are eager for all information about the show they can get. The new trailer for Season 5 hints that one of the characters is going to “vanish.”
Stranger Things Season 5 Reveals Episode Titles
Netflix released the Stranger Things Season 5 trailer on November 6th. The trailer provided the names of the final episodes of the show. Titles of the episodes include:
- The Crawl
- The Vanishing of (blurred out)
- The Turnbow Trap
- Sorcerer
- Shock Jock
- Escape From Camazotz
- The Bridge
- The Right Side Up
- In The Fall Of 1987
- One Last Adventure Begins
The original group of kids will be featured in Season 5. This includes Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Noah Schnapp as Will, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, and Sadie Sink as Max.
So who is going to be the one to “vanish”? Fans suspect that because Will, Max, and Eleven have already fought their battles against creatures from the Upside Down, it will be one of the remaining three characters, Mike, Dustin, or Lucas, who vanishes in the mystery episode. It is also possible that whoever vanishes is not one of the core kids.
Stranger Things Characters Playing Big Roles
Stranger Things has always included important fringe characters in pivotal roles. Characters such as Joe Keery’s Steve, Maya Hawke’s Robin, Winona Ryder’s Joyce, David Harbour’s Hopper, as well as Natalia Dyer’s Nancy, and Charlie Heaton’s Jonathan. It is also possible that one of the new characters played by Jake Connelly and Alex Breaux could also play a major role in Season 5.
The latest trailer hints at major plot twists like characters disappearing but it also hints at other significant plot lines. Fans may see characters return to the Upside Down. Fans are extremely excited for the last season. Winona Ryder shared with fans that the show is still filming.
She said: “It’s still happening till the end of the year. It’s going to be bittersweet.” Other than sharing that the last season of Stranger Things will be happening in 2025, no specific information on the premiere date has been given. Fans eagerly await the release of Season 5.
