Netflix has shared The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep trailer for its newest animated movie, which will be led by Doug Cockle as Geralt of Rivia. Cockle first lent his voice to the character in the video game series. The film will be available for streaming on February 11.
“Geralt of Rivia, a mutated monster hunter, is hired to investigate a series of attacks in a seaside village and finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople. He must count on friends — old and new — to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into all-out war,” reads the film’s synopsis.

What happens in The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep trailer?
The video features Geralt of Rivia’s next adventure which involves him fighting against sea creatures, who have been in a century-long rivalry against a seaside village. It also teases the animated versions of familiar characters from the live-action series, including Joey Batey as Jaskier and Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg.
The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is directed by Kang Hei Chul from a screenplay written by Mike Ostrowski and Rae Benjamin. It is based on the fantasy novel series written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The film is executive produced by Mike Ostrowski, Tomek Bagiński, and Jarosław Sawko (Platige), Jason F Brown and Sean Daniel (Hivemind), and Rae Benjamin, with The Witcher series creator Lauren Schmidt Hissrich serving as a producer.
