Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Michelle Trachtenberg is dead at just 39 years old.
Police sources confirmed the loss to the New York Post on Wednesday, noting that her death is not being investigated as suspicious. A cause of death was not revealed. So sad.

The actress sparked concerns last year from fans who were worried about her changing appearance, claiming she looked “sick” because her hair was thinner and her eyes had a yellow tint. But the Harriet the Spy alum insisted she was “happy and healthy.” Her last post on the ‘gram came just one week ago when she posted a throwback photo of herself, noting, “I wanted to look like naughty #tinkerbell.” See HERE.
Michelle starred in many well-known projects, including Nickelodeon‘s The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Inspector Gadget, 17 Again, Mercy, EuroTrip, and much more. She will be missed.
