Obrecht and Anna reflect on regret and motherhood
Down at the docks, Obrecht bumps into Anna and says, “We meet again, Scarecrow.” She explains she came to retrace Britt’s final steps and pay tribute to her daughter’s heroism. Their emotional conversation quickly turns introspective, with Obrecht blaming herself for focusing too much on Cesar Faison and not enough on Britt.
Anna admits she shares the same regret with Robin, having lost herself in the WSB’s shadow. When Anna asks what Obrecht would tell her younger self, she dryly replies, “Not to fall in love with a megalomaniacal Danish terrorist.” As Obrecht walks off, Anna breaks down in tears.
Britt demands her freedom
At The Five Poppies, Britt argues with Pascal after he follows her into her room and berates her for interrupting a business call. She demands better treatment and insists on speaking to the boss immediately. Later, she receives a mysterious call from the big boss and warns him of a serious problem, though in a surprisingly tender tone. After the call, Britt pulls a syringe and vial from her nightstand.
Joss prepares for the new mission
Brennan gives Joss a new identity: Kelsey McDonald. As Carly grows suspicious of her sudden trip to Australia, Joss explains she’s going to help an old family friend and put distance between herself and Vaughn. Carly appreciates the maturity behind the decision.
Later, just as Emma and Gio argue over who should break into Dalton’s lab, Joss appears. She explains that she is heading to Australia and that Dalton may contact Emma about the job. She strongly advises Emma to turn it down.
Alexis and Ava seal a new deal
In Alexis’ office, Ava tells her their arrangement is too risky and demands $1.5 million paid directly to her. Alexis hesitates, but Ava hands her the key to the storage unit that contains incriminating evidence. The women shake on the deal.
Anna is abducted on the pier
As the General Hospital episode ends, Anna is ambushed on the pier. A masked figure pulls a black hood over her head and abducts her.
