Oregon Man Found Living In Homeowner’s Crawl Space

An Oregon man has been found living in another homeowner’s crawl space. However, he seemed to be living there for a long time. This is scary news for people to hear about because they have never thought about someone living in their house without them knowing. No one wants that to happen. However, the 40-year-old man had quite the setup in there. There is a lot to unfold and uncover. Keep reading to find out more about this situation.

Oregon Homeowner Hears Weird Sounds Coming From Crawl Space

An Oregon homeowner was hearing weird noises coming from their crawl space for a while. However, they shook it off and did not think anything of it. This took place in a condominium complex. A witness in the complex actually caught it and called the police.

“A witness reported seeing a man who was not known to live in the complex parking his car and walking to the back of one of the buildings. The witness also noticed the door to the crawl space was open and light was coming from inside. The door then closed. When deputies arrived, they noticed the door to the crawl space was damaged and now locked,”

Yikes. This does not sound good. The officers were able to open the door, but what they found inside was shocking.

A Man Was Found Living In It And For A Long Time

Inside the crawl space, they found a lot once they got the door open. They first noticed an extension cord being run through a vent when there were supposed to be no lights down there. When they entered, they saw the man’s setup and could tell that he had been living there for a while. There was a bed, lights, TVs, chargers, and other things. However, they also found a pipe with Methamphetamine on it. The guy was identified to be 40-year-old Beniamin Bucur. He was then arrested for everything he had done.

It seems as though Beniamin Bucur was living his best life in the crawl space. He had a bed, TVs, other electronics, and all sorts of things in there. Thankfully, he was arrested for doing so. However, this is a reminder that you should always check everywhere in your house, especially if you are hearing weird noises.
