Bravo Fan Favorite Quietly Renewed With New Cast On Board

A Bravo fan favorite series was just quietly renewed for another season, and there is expected to be a new cast on board. So, what show was it, and why is a casting change afoot? Keep reading for more details on what is to come.

A Secret Renewal

The NBCUpfronts just occurred in New York City, and many Bravo shows got renewed. There were a few that missed the mark, which made fans fear the worst. It may have just been too soon to announce that they would be coming back for another season. At the same time, shows such as The Real Housewives of Rhode Island was renewed for Season 2 even though it is still airing. This was expected, but still an exciting revelation. Release dates for RHOC and the new season of RHUGT were also announced. Yet, one fan favorite reality was allegedly secretly renewed, and a lot of changes are afoot.

Next Gen NYC Season 2 is set to premiere on June 24th, and viewers are ready and raring to go. The show stars Ariana Biermann, Riley Burruss, Gia Giudice, Brooks Marks, Ava Dash, Emira D’Spain, Shai Fruchter, Georgia McCann, Hudson McLeroy, and Charlie Zakkour. Many are nepo babies or children of Bravolebs trying to make it in New York City. This season will see the arrival of Brooke Shields’ daughter, Rowan Henchy, but to keep the momentum up, the show is headed to Season 3. An insider shared this:

“Producers are actively casting right now for potential new stars while also bringing back fan favorites from Seasons 1 and 2. The goal is to keep the core cast viewers already love but shake things up with new personalities.”

Although Bravo seems to love the current cast, as do viewers, they know that a good villain could change everything. Therefore, that is what they are searching for:

“They especially want a fiery villain. Someone who will stir up drama but still fit in well and keep viewers entertained.”

Even More To Come

Aside from Season 3 of Next Gen NYC, there is said to be Next Gen LA. That will allegedly feature Mason Grammer, Nick Dubrow, Christian, and Colin Nassif. These are the children of Real Housewives stars Camille Grammer Meyer, Adrienne Maloof, and Heather Dubrow. As to when this could start filming, or air, is yet to be seen, but it looks like Bravo has a hit.
