Earlier this week, during his ‘Never-Never’ fanmeeting in Seoul, Taemin teased that he would be releasing his fifth mini-album next month. The project will be his first solo release since he left SM Entertainment and signed with BPM Entertainment in April.
Taemin last released solo music in October 2023 with the mini-album ‘Guilty’, led by a title track of the same name. The record included hit song ‘The Rizzness’, and marked his first music since he completed his two years of mandatory military service in April 2023.
In an interview with NME, Taemin shared: “[The single] ‘Guilty’ is about a selfish love that hurts the other person. It’s not coming from my experience, but I used it as a way to define what love is and express it on stage.”
