Jessica Simpson‘s husband Eric Johnson is hinting at divorce!
Amid rumors that the couple’s marriage is on the rocks, Eric was spotted walking around in Los Angeles on Tuesday, and he was visibly not wearing his wedding ring, per photos obtained by TMZ on Wednesday. Oof! Check it out:
For a guy who usually always has the bling on, this is a big deal. It also appears to be a relatively new development, per the outlet.

Eric was also seen looking at a pile of important documents. It’s unclear what those were. Legal papers perhaps? Hmm.
This comes after the singer seemed to hint at a split in a cryptic Instagram post on Monday. TMZ insiders claimed two people close to Jessica have spoken to divorce lawyers in the last few weeks, but she has not followed through with meetings. Per ET, Eric has been “overly flirtatious” throughout the relationship, sparking cheating rumors. So far, the co-parents of three have not confirmed any of the speculation, but this sure isn’t looking promising.
