OMG! Kristin Cavallari’s Kids Called Her Out For Being WAY Too Candid During Mark Estes Romance!

OMG! Somebody call the parenting police because Kristin Cavallari just got lovingly dragged by her own kids!

The reality TV vet turned podcast queen is finally admitting that maybe, just maybe, she overshared a little too hard during her fling with much-younger TikTok boy toy Mark Estes. And the wake-up call came straight from her preteen peanut gallery.

On the Tuesday episode of her Let’s Be Honest podcast, Kristin sat down with Rachel Bilson and spilled about how her kids Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor are officially old enough to understand the internet. And yes, unfortunately for her, podcasts live forever. The 39-year-old mom confessed she’s been reassessing how much she says out loud now that her kids and their friends are paying attention:

“I’ll definitely pull back, and I feel like I’ve found this way to kind of say stuff without just saying it.”

Translation: coded language, baby! Because apparently one awkward schoolyard comment later, Kristin realized she may have flown too close to the oversharing sun. According to her, the boys recently revealed something that made her stop dead in her tracks:

“So this is actually the one thing that made me be like, ‘Whoa, I need to watch what I’m saying.’ [My sons] told me recently that, like, a year ago or something when I was dating that younger guy, that their friends said they saw [him] and I played a drinking game or something on the podcast, and they saw some of the sexual stuff that we were talking about.”

YIKES!!!

Imagine being a middle schooler and your friends are casually referencing your mom’s spicy podcast antics. Nightmare fuel. Kristin admitted it was a major reality check and forced her to think beyond her usual IDGAF attitude:

“Because it’s really, I don’t care at the end of the day what Jax and Camden think about me. It’s my kids. But I can’t be saying stuff that’s gonna affect them and their friends.”

The whole thing was a major eye-opener following her 2024 romance with 26-year-old Estes, her first serious relationship after splitting from Jay Cutler. And while she’s since reflected on that chapter with honesty, she summed it up perfectly:

“It was fun until it wasn’t.”

Since then, Kristin has been leaning into self-work, close friendships, and yes, taking a break from the dating circus. She’s been candid about getting a lot of emotional fulfillment from longtime bestie Justin Anderson, even joking that maybe that’s why she hasn’t rushed into another relationship.
