Raquel Leviss has checked herself into a facility for mental health issues following the bombshell Tom Sandoval affair reveal.
A source close to the reality star shared with ET:
“Raquel and her family decided before the relationship was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling.”
The source added that the SUR waitress was planning to admit herself before the Vanderpump Rules reunion taping in March, but thought it was important she be there:
“She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment. Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health.”
Her rep confirmed she is not in a center for substance abuse issues.

A Page Six insider also shared that Raquel has been there for a while (maybe since those airport pics of her and Sandoval were shot?) and that it’s
“a long-haul program… It’s not a short-term”
