OK, this is either the strangest, most unexpected scoop of the year or… someone got their wires crossed!
Most Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce fans expect them to get engaged any day now, plenty think they are already. But how many think the wedding planning is already underway??
That’s the big story a source passed on to DeuxMoi this week! The hot goss comes from a person who wished to keep their name on the DL — but the source of the information? Well, that’s the unbelievable part. They wrote in:
“Was backstage at the Sphere for The Eagles last night. Caught some chatter from the crew that The Eagles are performing at Taylor and Travis’ wedding.”
Sorry… THE EAGLES???
Tay can afford — or just get through good will — probably any musical act on the planet to perform at her wedding. And she’s going to pick THE EAGLES? The classic rock band, Hotel California, Take It Easy, The Eagles??

Even Deux laughed as she said it. She just can’t buy it, though she believes at least that her source thinks that’s what was being said. Maybe that it was just a miscommunication?
We’re having trouble ourselves here. We mean… Tay has eclectic taste and an encyclopedic knowledge of music. But The Eagles? In our research we can’t even find a single time she covered them live!
Now, the classic rockers do have some slower songs — ones we’re sure a lot of folks play at their weddings. For instance…
But as their wedding band?
Then again… we guess maybe we could be talking about a musical extravaganza where she has all the favorites of all the wedding party? Again, if anyone could afford it…
As for Deux’s source, they said they “didn’t catch a date” for the wedding performance. So no real info there. But obviously if bands were already being booked that would mean venue and time were set. Which would be a HUGE leap from where we understood them to be.
