Teddi Mellencamp is in her feelings as she spent her first holidays without Edwin Arroyave.
On Instagram Wednesday, the 43-year-old channeled her inner Bridget Jones as she sat on the floor and lip-synced along to All By Myself — just like in the movie Bridget Jones’s Diary! This marks the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s first Christmas without her ex husband and her kiddos, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10 and Dove, 4. As any divorced parent knows, the first holidays without your kids is tough!

In the clip, Teddi — who split from her husband amid cheating rumors — was seen hanging out at Kyle Richards‘ house, where she has been staying amid the breakup. She described herself as being in her “Bridget Jones era” in the caption, adding she feels “some type of way” about the holidays. She opened up:
“In my Bridget Jones era. If I didn’t laugh at myself, I would cry. First Christmas without my kids, and I know they’re in great hands with an amazing dad, but that doesn’t mean I can’t feel some type of way. Ordered $74 of Thai food, eating cookie dough (who has time to bake) and watched 9 episodes of Lioness. To all my parents out there going through this, I love you. What are all the tips for powering through?”
