She was pointing out some of the scars from the surgery. But it’s noticeable how slim she has become. She was able to achieve her desired chin, finally getting rid of her sagging jowl. TLC also released a preview clip showing Chris feeling relieved after seeing Tammy being conscious again.
Many fans couldn’t help but laugh at how Chirs continued calling his sister a “b*tch,” saying that seeing her alive is all that matters. According to some, it just shows how much Chris loves his sister and all of his siblings, even with all the chaos constantly happening between them.

Aside from Tammy’s recovery, the upcoming episode will also feature her huge fallout with her sister, Amy, which could cause irrevocable changes in their relationship.
