Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson could be facing a jail sentence, as seen in the latest episode of The Revival. So, what could land him in the slammer, and how long might Willie be put away for? Keep reading for further details on his interesting situation.
Willie Robertson Facing Jail Sentence
Duck Dynasty is back after a seven-year hiatus, and fans are more than ready to engage with the family. It was a crazy eleven seasons, and the Robertsons are back by popular demand. Sadly, Phil Robertson was seen declining on the show and cannot play as active a part. He struggled with Alzheimer’s and has since passed away ahead of the premiere. Fans have been worried about his wife, Miss Kay, and how she is faring amid heartbreak. Unfortunately, there is more drama in their lives as Willie Robertson is facing jail time. He has already come under fire for his lackluster store, Duck Commander.

It boasts tours and merchandise, but recent visitors have done nothing but complain about it and how it is nothing special. Now, Willie has been seen in hot water once again, and it all played out on the latest episode of The Revival. He went shopping with his son-in-law, Jacob, as he needed more items for his store. Jacob owns an online shop where he sells clothes and such. As they were out together, Willie snatched up everything under the sun except clothing. He then enlisted his own crew to gather and carry back everything with them.
In Willie’s mind, his son-in-law needed to expand his business, so he seemed to think he was being helpful. Now left with all of this excess merchandise, the Duck Dynasty star ended up opening a pop-up. Willie did this little shop in a locale where everything around him was closed. However, a cop soon showed up and asked for Willie’s peddler’s license, which he did not have. He did try to get out of the sticky situation by offering to help the officer find some items he might like to avoid getting arrested.
Did Willie Do Anything Wrong?
It could be argued that Willie Robertson did nothing wrong, as he only had one customer, Jacob. At the same time, he did not have a license to sell items, and he tried to bribe an officer. So, the Duck Dynasty star may have made things worse for himself. Regardless, Willie learned he could face 60 days behind bars and a $500 fine for his little stand. It does not appear that he was thrown in jail, but viewers loved watching Willie as a pop-up businessman. They are appreciating The Revival and are happy to have the family back. Of course, they will likely continue to get into trouble no matter their ages.
