Aaron Erb made the decision to leave The Bachelorette just a few weeks into the show. But now he seems to be shading Jenn Tran on social media. Keep reading for more details.
Why He Left ABC Dating Show
Bachelor Nation fans had high hopes for Season 21 contestant Aaron Erb. His twin brother, Noah, was a fan-favorite on Season 7 of Bachelor In Paradise. Viewers wanted Aaron to find his future wife like Noah did with Abigail Heringer. Noah and Abigail are getting married this fall after three years of dating.
But Aaron Erb immediately got caught up in drama with another contestant, Devin Strader. The two feuded over Devin constantly interrupting and stealing the other men’s time with Jenn Tran. The tactic worked in the long run, as Devin is one of the three final suitors. However, it put him at odds with the other contestants, especially Aaron and Sam McKinney.
At one point, Aaron gifted Devin a book on self-growth, similar to the way his brother received a book from Bennett Jordan during Season 16 of The Bachelor.
Before appearing on The Bachelorette, Aaron Erb had a career in airspace engineering. But he had dreams of being a fighter pilot for the military. He received a phone call from flight school during the ABC dating show and had to make a choice: Stay for love or leave to pursue his dream?
Aaron ended up self-eliminating during Week 3.
Former Bachelorette Contestant Aaron Erb Disses Jenn Tran
Aaron Erb and Jenn Tran never had time to really form a connection before he left the show. It seemed like an easy decision for him to leave to pursue his dreams.
But he seemed to hint in a recent TikTok that there were other factors that led to his departure. Was he never really into Jenn Tran anyway?
He posted a TikTok video eating a bowl of spaghetti with the caption, “When he’s a 10 but the convo couldn’t be drier.” The social media content didn’t explicitly mention Jenn Tran, but many of his followers took it as shade against The Bachelorette.
One follower clapped back, “When he’s a 6 but rude af and tries to start random drama on a tv show to be relevant.”
Takes A Shot At Viewers Too
The perceived diss against Jenn wasn’t his only recent Bachelorette-related video. “When u go on the Bachelorette but all people remember about you is that you wore pearls and were caught up in drama,” he wrote on the video.
@aaron_erb it be like that sometimes 🤷🏻♂️ #fy #foryou #bachelorette
