RHOA alum Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann have slashed the selling price on their Georgia mansion once again. They are doing all that they possibly can in order to avoid impending foreclosure. This means selling their home but how much is the house up for now? Keep reading for more details.
RHOA Kim Zolciak Slashes Selling Price On Georgia Mansion Again
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have been dodging foreclosure on their Georgia mansion for nearly two years now. The estranged couple has lost a lot in the last year since they filed for divorce. This includes cars, his Rolls-Royce, and their daughter, Brielle Biermann’s Range Rover, which was repossessed. Plus, Kroy accused Kim of having a gambling problem and spending an exorbitant amount on lavish shopping sprees. She then started to sell off many of their expensive items such as shoes, bags, and even her wigs. Yet, Kroy maintained he never saw a dime from the sales and she had to stop.
Kim owed over a million dollars to the IRS and eventually, their Georgia home was set to go to auction. They were able to work with Truist Bank to make a deal. The couple had to sell the home in order to avoid this happening. It had to occur by January 2024 but they were able to push back the date as the house never sold. It was initially listed for $6 million and now, it is down to $4.2 million. According to Reality Tea, Kim and Kroy have slashed another $300K off of the home.
Now, someone must buy the Georgia mansion by August 26th, 2024 or the bank will go back to its original plan. So, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have roughly two months to unload the 15,694 square feet home. It is not a bad deal as the home sits on a lake while the living room has a fireplace, study, and formal dining room. Additionally, there is a wine cellar, gym, arcade, movie theater, and a vanishing edge pool. Even the master bedroom has a fireplace so this is a nice mansion for the right person.
Busy Bees
Kim Zolciak is currently getting ready to head back to reality television with a new series called Got to Get Out. She will star alongside her former RHOA co-star, Cynthia Bailey and the prize money could help tremendously. Along with that, her daughter, Ariana Biermann is allegedly part of the new Bravo nepo baby series, Making It In Manhattan. So, the family is actively working on making money but selling the home is of the utmost importance.
