7 Little Johnstons Has Been Going Strong For Many Years

Even though a lot of TLC fans regularly criticize 7 Little Johnstons, that often does not stop people from tuning in to watch the show. As much as viewers go after Liz Johnston and call her a mini Amber or Amber 2.0, many viewers are still tuning into new episodes to see Leighton Bolden grow.

There has also been ongoing family drama with Anna Johnston, which has been a major source of strife for this TLC family. Based on the latest teasers for the new season of the program, there is a lot more drama to dig into when Season 16 premieres on Tuesday, October 14, at 10 pm, ET only on TLC.

Trent Johnston Gets Diagnosed, Doctors Concerned

Ever since the last season of 7 Little Johnstons, the family has been worried about Trent Johnston. Even though he is still in his 40s, he revealed to his family that his brain is rapidly deteriorating to the point where it’s like having the brain of someone double his age.

Based on the latest Season 16 spoilers making the rounds, Trent Johnston breaks the news to his family that he has “White Matter Disease (WMD).” This is “a group of conditions that affect the white matter of the brain.”

Trent goes on to tell his family that this was caused by his sleep apnea. The doctors told Trent that he needed to start treating his sleep apnea “right away,” or else it would be the “cause” of his death.

Plenty Of 7 Little Johnstons Drama To Dig Into In Season 16

In addition to Trent Johnston having to deal with a medical situation that could ultimately kill him, there is also a lot of drama surrounding Anna Johnston and more. Anna has been candid away from the cameras about the fact that she quit filming the family show. However, 7 Little Johnstons fans will still get to see her in this upcoming season.

Based on spoilers, Trent even goes over to Anna Johnston’s place to confront her about the issues going on between her and the rest of the family. The preview ends with Anna walking out and removing herself from the situation with Trent. So, there is clearly still a lot of bad blood.
