“Why did you tell me?” “So that I could protect you…” Lionsgate has revealed the official trailer for a crime thriller titled Crescent City, yet another of these dime-a-dozen crime movies being dumped to VOD and instantly forgotten upon release. Most of us won’t even see this movie or care about it at all. Crescent City is the story of a twisted series of murders that sends three detectives on a whirlwind investigation. Described as a “mesmerizing crime thriller about what it costs to catch a killer.” A small town in the south is ravaged by a serial killer, with everyone being a suspect including the police. What must it take to find him and stop him? The mystery film stars Terrence Howard, Esai Morales, Nicky Whelan, Weston Cage, & Alec Baldwin. Not only is this a bad trailer, everything about this movie looks annoyingly bad. Avoid at all costs.
