“You’re about to be entrusted with top secret national security information… do you wish to proceed?” Yes. Hulu has unveiled the second official trailer for Paradise, a mysterious new thriller series arriving to watch starting at the end of this month. Nothing is as it seems in this series full of secrets and lies. Paradise is set in a serene, wealthy community inhabited by the world’s most prominent individuals. This tranquility explodes when a shocking murder of the President occurs and a high stakes investigation unfolds. Sterling K. Brown stars as Xavier Collins, head of White House Secret Service, who’s quickly investigated for the death of the President, whom he discovers next to his bed. But there’s much more going on here… The series also stars James Marsden as the President, plus Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Aliyah Mastin, and Percy Daggs IV. I am totally sold on this series now! Wow! What a trailer – setting up the stakes and the intrigue and the mystery. Who killed the President? What are the secrets? How will Xavier save the country? I also really dig the cinematography and repeat imagery that keeps appearing.

Hulu’s Paradise is set in a serene community inhabited by some of the world’s most prominent individuals. But this tranquility explodes when a shocking murder occurs, then a high-stakes investigation unfolds. Xavier Collins, head of White House Secret Service, is quickly investigated for the death of the president (played by James Marsden), whom he discovers dead next to his bed. The high-stakes probe takes a turn when a flashback reveals that Brown’s character was let in on top-secret information, and now he’s being coached from the inside on how to answer the questions during his investigation. Paradise is a new series created and showrun by acclaimed screenwriter Dan Fogelman, director of the films Life Itself and Danny Collins previously, and creator of the acclaimed “This Is Us” series most recently. The final series writing & directing credits have not been revealed yet. Made by 20th Century Television. Executive produced by Dan Fogelman, Sterling K.
