“The key was to determine the maximum speed we needed to reach.” Netflix has unveiled a stunning new 3-min featurette for the upcoming Senna series, which will be launching for streaming soon. It’s series based on the life of famed Formula 1 race car driver Ayrton Senna. A thrilling biopic about the Brazilian racer and his unique legacy, including all of his major victories and everything he achieved on and off the track before his accident. Over six episodes, the series depicts for the first time Ayrton Senna’s journey through triumphs, disappointments, joys, and sorrows, revealing his personality and personal relationships. They put an exceptional amount of effort into making this a truly spectacular high octane series, and this promo dives into that (full trailer). Go behind the scenes of the thrilling journey of building 22 race cars specially designed for the series. Follow each step of this meticulous process, from manufacturing to final testing on the track. Gabriel Leone stars as Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, along with Alice Wegmann, Arnaud Viard, Camila Márdila, and Gabriel Louchard. There’s a hefty amount of behind-the-scenes footage in this – covering all the replica cars, sound design, kart training; showing the attention to detail crafting this.
