‘Ghostbusters’ is Coming to an Awesome Ghost Trappin’ VR Game

Sony Pictures Virtual Reality and Ghost Corps introduced the all-new VR experience coming to the Ghostbuster Universe! Today’s Meta Quest Gaming Show really blew the virtual roof off with the announcement that will have gamers becoming a Ghostbuster team members.

The trailer features some game footage in which the player is hunting a ghost leaving ectoplasm trails behind it. The player is then joined by two 3 other players who assist in busting that dang, pesky ghost.

The official Ghostbuster VR game’s description breaks down like this:

Grab your proton pack and up to three friends for this brand new action adventure campaign. Run your own Ghostbusters HQ in a new city, San Francisco, and solve a gripping mystery in the latest chapter of the Ghostbusters universe. Wield iconic tools and weaponry as you chase, blast, and trap ghosts across the city, either solo or with friends through cooperative play.

The new totally immersive experience is being designed in order to blow Ghostbuster fan’s minds! I’m not going to lie, I’m already totally onboard with this. It looks incredible and knowing that Ghost Corps is onboard the production team is a real plus.
