Alan Ritchson’s Next Series After Reacher & More Prime Video Releases This Week

Amazon Prime Video’s new TV and movie releases for the week of September 14-20, 2026, include Neagley and others.

Neagley is a spin-off series focusing on Maria Sten’s Frances Neagley from the popular series Reacher. It follows Neagley, who discovers that a mysterious accident killed her old friend. Besides Sten, the show features Greyston Holt, Jasper Jones, Adeline Rudolph, Matthew Del Negro, and Damon Herriman in important roles. Alan Ritchson makes a guest appearance as Jack Reacher.

Sten expressed her excitement for Neagley in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “Reacher is all about fighting the big guys. What would you say is the driving theme behind Neagley and the journey she goes on in the first season?” the reporter asked her. Sten answered, “I think you can look at it two ways. What is true for Neagley — which is also true for Reacher — is that we stand up to the big guy if the small guy gets stepped on.” She said Neagley stands up for those who can’t stand up for themselves, and that also holds for the show.

Sten continued, “The other aspect is that a huge part of the show is about trauma. I think as Neagley is investigating the mystery behind what happened to her friend, she’s also discovering what really happened to her in her past.” She concluded, “There’s a through line of reckoning with one’s past that really runs through the entire show for all the characters.”
