Simon is a working-class man trying to move forward after the home invasion. However, he is already dealing with problems at work and the death of his best friend. These experiences leave him frustrated and vulnerable.
His circumstances lead him toward Dalton Kirby’s radio broadcasts. However, Dalton’s influence soon begins to affect Simon’s thoughts and outlook. As his fears and frustrations grow, Simon starts making increasingly troubling choices.
Rossi plays Simon, while Perlman portrays Dalton. Their characters center the story, with Dalton’s influence playing an important role in Simon’s psychological decline. Kate French stars as Rebecca, and Ronnie Gene Blevins as Gary, Simon’s best friend. The film’s cast also includes Jay Huguley, Marion Kerr, Michael Sirow, and Barron Boedecker.
Harvey co-wrote the screenplay with Jonathan Croom. He also served as a producer alongside Demetrius Stear, Colin Bates, and Kevin Greene.
