A horrific car accident severely injured Ric and Elizabeth. Elizabeth broke her leg and needed surgery, while Ric suffered far more serious injuries. At General Hospital, doctors discovered he had severe head trauma and rushed him into emergency surgery. They remained unsure if he would survive.
Lucky Spencer arrived at the crash site and immediately questioned Kristina.
