Paige Hyland is shutting down critics of her body.
Indeed, the 25-year-old delivered a PSA cautioning people against making comments on others’ physical appearances.
“Get ready with me while we talk about why it’s never okay to comment on someone’s body,” she said in a July 25 Instagram Reel. “It’s 2026. I thought we all knew this but I guess we need a little refresher.”
The Dance Moms alum explained that she had posted a bikini pic to her Instagram, which unleashed a torrent of critical remarks about her weight.
“The comments I got were actually diabolical,” she continued. “There’s so many people saying that I look anorexic, that I’m promoting unhealthy eating habits, and that as an influencer, I shouldn’t be encouraging this behavior. But as an influencer, I feel like it’s my responsibility to stand up for people whose bodies actually look like mine.”
Explaining that “losing weight has never been a goal,” Hyland also shut down claims that she had previously opened up about having an eating disorder.
