Diddy suffered an alarming injury at Fort Dix.
According to TMZ the convicted music mogul was rushed to a nearby hospital early Saturday morning.
Per their sources the 56-year-old rapper somehow injured his head and needed immediate treatment. Fortunately for him, it seems everything is stable as he was able to go back to the New Jersey prison later that day. The outlet’s insiders claim he was conscious and speaking normally upon his return.

It’s unclear how he got the head injury, but recent reports claim he’s been living quite the luxe life behind bars — well, luxe for prison standards anyway. Apparently he has fellow inmates clean his toilet for him, cook for him, even massage him!
The NBC News bombshell report may have exposed more than he’d like, though, as shortly after its publication his release date was extended from January 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028.
