Well, after four weeks of the Toolshed at the wheel of Big Brother Season 28, it’s time for a big shift.
LaTrice won the endurance HOH competition, beating out every other houseguest, and I couldn’t be more proud of her.
She knew what she had to do and persevered.
It’s a big achievement, particularly because I saw many fans writing things along the lines of she’d be first or second to drop from the wall.
As TV Fanatic previously reported, it came down to LaTrice and Kamu and the feeds went dark for around 10 minutes, before returning to LaTrice in the house with the key.
Kamu should be very worried at this point because he nominated LaTrice and didn’t seem interested in cutting any deals with her.
Wouldn’t it be perfect if LaTrice nominated Kamu? It’d be like returning the favor.
Then again, he’s one of the players where you really need to send out with a backdoor eviction.
Kamu is strong, so I think LaTrice’s only real play to get him out of the house is by putting him up with Hayley.
That way, the two allies cannot save each other. LaTrice already told Chuk he’s safe, so he won’t be seeing the block on LaTrice’s Head of Household.
Big Brother Season 28 Is Getting Good
Hayley is worried about the possibility of going up, but Angela has vowed to go to bat for her and convince LaTrice that she should not be the target this week.
Angela may think she has pull with LaTrice but the only person who really does is Taylor.
Taylor has helped LaTrice greatly in the game, offering coaching on how to play the more strategic elements of Big Brother.
There’s an argument to be made for this being Taylor’s week in power, but I hope that LaTrice doesn’t hand over all the power here.
LaTrice is a bit of wildcard because I could see her making a big mistake if she lets the wrong people get in her head.
The good thing is that LaTrice said after the competition that she would not be doing her one-on-ones until the morning.
It makes sense. It will give her time to process her power and then think about who to nominate based on what they tell her.
Drew believes that he’d be a target of LaTrice’s, but something tells me he may not be in as much danger as he thinks he is.
LaTrice could see how the other side of the house has been winning and could put all people who have not hit the block yet up.
Remember, Rick still has his Diamond Power of Veto and Dee still has her Big Brother Bribe to use.
I don’t know that LaTrice would put the two Survivor alums up this week, but it would be fun seeing Rick’s power flushed.
The reality TV icons have had too much power so far and it’s time to change that up.
When the Big Brother Live Feeds returned on Friday afternoon, LaTrice had nominated Barrett, Chuk, and Hayley for eviction.
