Emily Compagno First Joined Fox News In 2018, Taking On One Of Her Best Known Roles In 2021
Compagno is known to many for her work with Fox News. Back in 2021, she was named a co-host on Outnumbered, joining Harris Faulkner and Kayleigh McEnany at the time.
Over the years, Compagno has appeared on various Fox News programs. For Fox News Radio, she hosts The FOX True Crime Podcast w/ Emily Compagno.
Compagno has also been a recurring guest panelist on The Five. Back in August, it was announced that she would be permanently joining The Five, which would also mean leaving Outnumbered.
Viewers saw Compagno sign off from Outnumbered on September 4, 2026. During the broadcast, she shared, “Now, everyone watching, after almost six years, I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you at home who trusted me to help deliver and analyze the news every day at noon ET.”
Outnumbered Also Took To Social Media To Wish Her Good Luck & A Fond Farewell
Compagno then expressed her gratitude towards the show’s crew. This included executive producer Trina Thompson and “the entire Outnumbered team whose dedication, professionalism and sheer talent are the reason for this show’s excellence day in and day out.”
Admitting that the change was “bittersweet,” Compagno concluded the post, “It has been an extraordinary privilege and an honor to serve as a co-host of Outnumbered. She also reminded Fox News viewers where they could watch her “from now on,” adding, “See you at [The] Five.”
On the official Outnumbered X account, the series also paid Compagno a fond “farewell,” complete with a heart emoji. As they shared, “After nearly six incredible years on the couch at Outnumbered, Emily is joining the table at @TheFive next week. Thank you for the laughter, the insight, the unforgettable moments and for making the couch a better place every day.” Showing that there was no bad blood between the Fox News programs, the post concluded, “You’ll be deeply missed, Emily — but we couldn’t be happier to watch you take this next incredible step. The Five is lucky to have you!”
