Kyle Cooke Regrets Bashing West Wilson, Amanda Divorce Stalled

Summer House star Kyle Cooke went over the line when he recently insulted his former co-star, West Wilson. Admittedly, he has some resentment toward West now that he is dating his estranged wife, Amanda Batula. However, Kyle is expressing regret for how he behaved, plus he is sharing how his divorce from Amanda has been stalled. Keep reading for more on what Kyle had to say.

Kyle Cooke Feels Bad For Going Off

It all came crumbling down between Kyle Cooke and his Summer House co-star, West Wilson, at the end of March 2026. That was when West and Kyle’s estranged wife, Amanda Batula, announced their relationship. They had all been friends, co-stars, and housemates. Everyone was blindsided and felt extremely uncomfortable, and this showed at the Season 10 reunion. West and Amanda opted out of Season 11, but he landed a part on Netflix’s Million Dollar Secret. To that, Kyle wrote:

“Million Dollar Mistake.”

Now, Kyle is expressing remorse for what he said about West. He noted that it was an in-the-moment kind of thing and there was alcohol involved:

“If I’m gonna be honest, I had a couple drinks. I opened my phone for like the first time all day and saw the news, and it felt cheeky. It felt funny in the moment, but I’m not trying to stoke the fire. So, I kind of had a little bit of regret on playing into that. Although it seemed to get a pretty good response.”

Moreover, he does not like to go low in these situations, but it happened, and that’s that. As for his marriage to Amanda Batula, with whom he co-starred on In The City, there is no movement. They are not divorced, and it does not appear they will be anytime soon. Kyle Cooke tried to explain the reason why they have not filed, stating that they have been busy. However, fans had questions:

• Do Kyle and Amanda not have attorneys?!?!?! Make time for a meeting with your attorney, tell them what you want and let them handle it from there. I definitely would not try to handle it myself without an attorney with someone like bat sh!t crazy Amanda.

Kyle Speaks On Craig’s Latest Venture

Summer House fans have seen the adventures and mishaps of Kyle Cooke and Craig Conover. They have since reconciled, but Kyle could not wait to take a dig at Craig joining The Traitors. He felt that he would either thrive or fail right out of the gate. Fans agreed that Craig is a great liar, so it will be interesting to see what side he ends up on. In the end, after he took jabs at the Southern Charm star, Kyle Cooke said it was all in good fun and that he loved him.
